1. Custom & Personalized Orders

We love creating custom pieces for your special moments! Whether you are planning a birthday, wedding, baby shower, or holiday gift sets:

  • How to Order: Contact us via our contact form or email at contact@mihaelawaxandgift.com with your ideas, quantities, and event date.

  • Processing Time: Custom and bulk orders require extra time to hand-pour and package. Please reach out at least 2–3 weeks before your event.

  • Returns on Custom Items: Because custom items are tailored specifically to your request, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

2. Shipping & Returns

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are hand-poured in small batches and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Damaged Items: Every candle is packed with great care. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Returns: Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
